Wonderlab Promotion: General T&C (“General T&C”)

Introduction

1. This General T&C applies to all campaigns, contests, events, promotions, and complimentary gifts (“Event”) organised by Cuckoo International (MAL) Sdn Bhd (Registration No: 201401026804 (1102894-H) (“CUCKOO”) on the WonderLab website at https://wonderlab.com.my/wonderlab-promo and shall be binding between you and CUCKOO in addition to the specific terms and conditions of each Event (if any) (“Specific T&C”).
2. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the General T&C and Specific T&C applicable to the respective Event, the Specific T&C shall prevail.
3. By participating or upon entry of the Event, you agree to be bound by these General T&C, the Specific T&C applicable for the relevant Event, Terms of Use at https://wonderlab.com.my/terms-of-use and Personal Data Privacy Notice at https://wonderlab.com.my/personal-data-privacy-notice. You further agree to give consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by CUCKOO in accordance with the Personal Data Privacy Notice.

Duration of Event

4. The duration of the Event shall be in accordance with the period mentioned in the applicable Specific T&C and/or on the WonderLab website at https://wonderlab.com.my/wonderlab-promo.
5. CUCKOO reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Event at any times as it deems fit without prior notice to you.

Promotion and Complimentary Gifts

6. All promotions, complimentary gifts, discounts and vouchers (“Promotions and Complimentary Gifts”) redeemable by you for any Event:
   1. are only available for the limited time stated (if any) and/or while stocks last;
   2. are not applicable with other promotions, complimentary gifts, discounts, vouchers unless otherwise specified;
   3. are not available for sale;
   4. are not transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, cash equivalent or other gifts; and/or
   5. cannot be used to collect reward points, unless otherwise specified.
7. CUCKOO will not offer cash alternatives to you for any Event.
8. CUCKOO reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove, substitute and/or replace the Promotions and Complimentary Gifts with others equivalent value from time to time without any notice to you.
9. CUCKOO reserves the right to determine the availability and/or applicability of any offers, discounts, promotions and/or vouchers for products under the WonderLab and/or WonderDewi brand, including but not limited to, limiting such offers, discounts, promotions and/or vouchers on specific products, categories or price ranges.

Miscellaneous

10. In addition to the above, CUCKOO reserves the right in its sole discretion, to do the following at any time, with or without any notice, and without assigning any reasons to you:
    1. to verify the validity of successful transactions and your eligibility to the Event;
    2. to disqualify any entry by you for any Event due to reasons, including but not limited, to incomplete entry, invalid transactions or failure to comply with the General T&C and/or Specific T&C (if applicable);
    3. to cancel, terminate, withdraw or suspend the Event. Any cancellation, termination, suspension or withdrawal by CUCKOO shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against CUCKOO for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension or withdrawal; and/or
    4. to vary, add, and/or delete to any of General T&C herein. Such variation to the General T&C will be posted on WonderLab website at https://wonderlab.com.my/wonderlab-promo and immediately become effective when posting them. You agree to review the General T&C periodically for such modifications.
11. The decision of CUCKOO in relation to every aspect of the Event shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence, appeal nor complaint from you will be entertained.
12. This General T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you agree to submit the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
