What is the WonderLab Rewards platform all about?

The WonderLab Rewards platform* is a platform that allows all WonderLab customers to conveniently manage their WonderLab purchase(s), subscription(s), and bill(s).

This platform has since been integrated into our website atwonderlab.com.my

To access or register an account, click on the button on the top right corner of the website and log in* or register using your mobile number.

*Notes:

1. The WonderLab Rewards platform will be phased out at a later date.

2. You are advised to reset your password by clicking on the 'forgot password' if you are logging in for the 1st time or could not log in as part of the system's security enhancement measures.

The WonderLab Rewards Platform, which will be phased out at a later date, has since been integrated into our website at wonderlab.com.my to offer a more seamless user experience.

Its features, including managing your WonderLab purchase(s), subscription(s), and bill(s), can be found on the account page on our website.

Managing WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ Subscription(s) On The WonderLab Rewards Platform

I am currently subscribed to the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™. How do I select the next product to be delivered under my subscription?

For subscriptions made BEFORE 26 December 2023, your order details and product selection can be made through https://app.wonderlab.com.my/portal/login.aspx

All you need to do is:

Step 1: Click 'WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™' on the platform's main page.

Step 2: Select your subscribed plan.

Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Plan Details' tab.

Step 4: Click on the delivery month / date.

Step 5: Select your desired WonderLab product to be delivered.

Yes, it's that simple!

What is the 'My Account' feature on your website all about?

What is the 'My Account' feature on your website all about?

The 'My Account' feature on WonderLab website allows users to conveniently manage their WonderLab purchase(s), subscription(s), and bill(s) - just like the WonderLab Rewards Platform*!

It can be accessed by clicking on the button on the top right corner of the website.

*Note: The WonderLab Rewards platform will be phased out at a later date.

The 'My Account' feature can be accessed by clicking on the button on the top right corner of the WonderLab website at wonderlab.com.my

If this is your first time logging into 'My Account' on our website with an existing WonderLab Rewards account, you are required to reset your password as part of our system security enhancement measures.

The 'My Account' feature is open to everyone who wishes to register an account.

All you need to do is:

Step 1: Head over to our website at wonderlab.com.my

Step 2: Click on the button on the top right corner of the website.

Step 3: Click 'Register Now' to register accordingly.

The 'My Account' feature is a centralised, one-stop centre for all users to:

a. Manage each WonderLab purchase effortlessly (track order and delivery status). [Coming Soon]

b. Manage WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscription(s) conveniently (selecting the next product for delivery).

c. Track outstanding bills instantly. [Coming Soon]

d. Make payments on the go.

Nope, you do not need to register again. The WonderLab Rewards platform has been integrated and synced to the 'My Account' feature on our website.

But you will be required to reset your password as part of our system security enhancement measures if this is your first time logging into 'My Account' on our website with an existing WonderLab Rewards account.

Don't worry! Just follow the SIX (6) simple steps below to retrieve your account and change your account password:

Step 1: Head over to our website at wonderlab.com.my

Step 2: Click on the button on the top right corner of the website.

Step 3: Click 'Forgot Password'.

Step 4: Enter your registered mobile number (purchase(s) registered to your mobile number) & request OTP.

Step 5: Set a new password and click 'Reset'.

Step 6: You're all set. Proceed to sign in as usual.

Yes, of course! To update your account information:

Step 1: Log into your account.

Step 2: Click 'Profile & Security'.

Step 3: Click 'Edit Detail' to update your account details.

Step 4: Click 'Update' to save your new details.

Sure! Follow these simple steps to change your account password:

Step 1: Log into your account.

Step 2: Click 'Profile & Security'.

Step 3: Click 'Change Password' to update your account password.

Step 4: Click 'Change Password' once again to save your new password.

No problem! To add/update your address:

Step 1: Log into your account.

Step 2: Click 'Address Book'.

Step 3a: Click 'Add New Address' to add an address.

Managing WonderLab Product Purchase(s) / Order Detail(s) On 'My Account'

How can I retrieve the purchase order details of all my previous WonderLab purchase(s)?

If you have made a purchase BEFORE 26 December 2023, your order details can be viewed through https://app.wonderlab.com.my/portal/login.aspx

If you have made a purchase AFTER 26 December 2023, your order details can be viewed through the 'My Account' feature by clicking on the button on the top right corner of our website.

For purchase(s) made BEFORE 26 December 2023, your order details can be viewed through https://app.wonderlab.com.my/portal/login.aspx and follow the few simple steps below to track your order(s) status:

Step 1: Click 'My Orders'.

Step 2: Look for the WonderLab purchase order. The current order status will be indicated at the bottom of each purchase order(order processing, delivery or order completed).

For purchase(s) made AFTER 26 December 2023, your order details can be viewed through the 'My Account' feature by clicking on the button on the top right corner of our website then follow the few simple steps below to track your order(s) status:

Step 1: Click 'My Orders'.

Can I manage my WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscription on 'My Account'?

If you have made a subscription AFTER 26 December 2023, your order details and product selection can be made through the 'My Account' feature by clicking on the button on the top right corner of our website.

If you have subscribed to our WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™, you can now manage your subscription on 'My Account'.

To do so:

Step 1: Click on the 'Subscription Plan' button.

Step 2: Scroll down to the 'Plan Details' table.

Step 3: Select your WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ order.

Step 4: Click 'Product Selection' to select your desired product(s)* under the plan to be delivered to you!

*Note: You could select up to the next 3 months of products to be delivered to you in advance.

If you have subscribed to the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™, you can now select your desired WonderLab product under the plan to be delivered to you conveniently!

To do so:

Step 1: Click on the 'Subscription Plan' button.

Step 2: Scroll down to the 'Plan Details' table.

Step 3: Select your WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ order.

Step 4: Click 'Product Selection' to select your desired product(s)* under the plan to be delivered to you!

Alternatively, you will also be receiving an SMS with a link to log into 'My Account' upon each successful payment to select your desired product.

*Note: You could select up to the next 3 months of products to be delivered to you in advance.

Unfortunately, the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ cannot be terminated / cancelled through 'My Account' for the time being.

WonderLab Points On 'My Account'

What are WonderLab Points?

The WonderLab Points are points earned through specific transaction(s) done with WonderLab.

This includes product purchase(s), review(s), and payment(s) made for the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscription(s).

Follow these 2 simple steps to view your WonderLab Points:

Step 1: Log into your account.

Step 2: Click 'My Points' to view your WonderLab Points.

Upon registering and linking your account to a mobile number, you can earn our WonderLab Points through:

To do so:

1. Product purchase(s): Every RM1 spent is equivalent to 1 WonderLab Points.

2. Payment(s) for WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscription(s): Earn double points with each monthly payment (E.g. RM50 paid = 100 WonderLab Points)

3. Leaving a review on 'My Account': 50 WonderLab points given for product review done within 3 months after purchase*. To leave a review, head to the 'My Orders' section, click 'View Details' and look for the 'Review' button.

*Notes:

1. Limited to 6 times per product (SKU).

2. Points can be earned from reviews on selected products including WonderLab and Wonder Dewi products (50 WonderLab Points per product), Bundle Set(s) (50 WonderLab Points per bundle; exclude for WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ recurring month(s) and add-on(s), PWP purchase(s), product not listed under official website, and single pouch WonderDewi-C Fruit Juice Drink.

3. Wonder Facial is excluded from WonderLab Points collection for purchase and review.

Upon registering and linking your account to a mobile number, new WonderLab Points will be updated / reflected within 24 hours upon each successful purchase / transaction.

The WonderLab Points collected can be used to get discounts when making new purchase(s) according to the following tiers:

- Tier 1: 1,000 WonderLab Points can be used to get RM5 discounts.

- Tier 2: 3,000 WonderLab Points can be used to get RM20 discounts.

- Tier 3: 5,000 WonderLab Points can be used to get RM50 discounts.

Unfortunately yes, all unclaimed / unredeemed WonderLab Points will be forfeited ONE (1) YEAR after its issuance.

If you have an existing account on the WonderLab Rewards Platform* or have purchased any of our Wonder Product(s), your WonderLab Points* linked to your mobile number (purchase(s) registered to your mobile number) will be automatically brought over to your account on our website.

Do note that new WonderLab Points* will only be reflected / updated within 24 hours upon each successful purchase / transaction.
