“Buy More, Save More” Promotion Terms and conditions

1. The “Buy More, Save More” Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by CUCKOO International (MAL) Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 201401026804 (1102894-H) (“CUCKOO”), commences on 1.9.2023 and will continue while stock lasts (“Promotion Period”).
2. By participating in this Promotion, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this Terms and Conditions and you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by CUCKOO in accordance with CUCKOO’s Personal Data Privacy Notice as outlined in https://www.cuckoo.com.my/pdpa-consent.
3. CUCKOO reserves the right to:
   1. change this Terms and Conditions, either in part or in whole at any time without prior notice; and
   2. reject any redemptions under this Promotion at its sole discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
4. CUCKOO’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals from you will be entertained.

Eligibility

During this Promotion Period, you will be eligible to redeem mystery free gift(s) and/or discount under this Promotion (both gift and discount are collectively referred to as “Gift”), subject to you spending minimum RM 100.00 at the time of purchase (“Purchase Amount”) on normal price product at any Wonderstore outlets or online platform namely Wonderlab’s official website at wonderlab.com.my, E-brandstore and/or any other online platform authorized by CUCKOO.

7. Any spending within the categories specified below will not be qualified for Gift redemption:

1. products under Purchase with Purchase (PWP) pricing; ;
2. poducts with discounted price;
3. Wonder Dewi Flexi GOOODPLAN
4. gift wrapping;
5. gift card; and/or
6. shipping fee

Redemption of Gift

8. The Gift is redeemable upon payment being made and only one redemption is allowed for each invoice.
9. Combination of invoice would not be entertained.
10. Redemption of Gift is subject to the availability of stocks, on a first-come-first-served basis and must be redeemed on the same day of purchase.
11. Once redeemed, the Gift are non-resaleable, non-returnable, non-transferable, and non- exchangeable for credit, cash or any other item whether in part or in whole.

Discount

12. In the event you are eligible to redeem any discount, the discount will be automatically applied on your purchase upon payment.
13. You may use your discount along with the Wonderlab Reward Point redemption and/or gift card, but not with other offers, promotions, vouchers or discounts, unless otherwise stated.
14. For each transaction, only one discount can be applied.
15. In addition to the Gift, you are entitled to receive Wonderlab Reward Point for your purchases during this Promotion, based on the amount you spent after deducting the discount.

Miscellaneous

16. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you agree to submit the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
