What is the 'WonderLab Rewards' platform all about?

The ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform is an ALL-NEW customer-exclusive platform introduced to all healthy beauty lovers and extended to all WonderLab customers! ❤️

It is a centralised, one-stop centre that allows all WonderLab customers to conveniently manage their WonderLab purchase(s), subscription(s), and bill(s). 

And as the name implies, the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform is also a place for customers to earn reward points, known as Wonder Points, for exclusive rewards! 🤩

 

Who can register?

The ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform is a customer-exclusive platform.
Only WonderLab customers* who have purchased at least 1 WonderLab product can register.

*No limit to the time of purchase. Whether you’re a customer from 2019 or 2021, as long as you are or have been a WonderLab customer, you will be able to register.

How can we access the 'WonderLab Rewards' platform?

The ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform is easily accessible via WonderLab’s Official Website at www.WonderLab.com.my by clicking on the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ tab at the top section of the webpage.

What are the main features of the 'WonderLab Rewards' platform?

The ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform is an ALL-NEW customer-exclusive platform introduced and extended to all WonderLab customers for next-level convenience! ❤️


Through the centralised, one-stop centre, all registered WonderLab customers can:
a. Manage each WonderLab purchase effortlessly (track order and delivery status).
b. Manage WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN subscription(s) conveniently (selecting the next product for delivery).
c. Track outstanding bills instantly.
d. Make payments on the go.
e. View and download bills / receipts with a few simple clicks.
f. Collect Wonder Points (WonderLab reward points).

Registration & Account

Where do we begin and how can we register?

The ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform is a customer-exclusive platform extended to all WonderLab customers to conveniently manage their WonderLab purchase(s), subscription(s), and bill(s) as well as to earn reward points, known as Wonder Points, for exclusive rewards! 🤩


To begin & to register:
Step 1: Head over to the platform via:-

a. WonderLab’s Official Website at www.WonderLab.com.my or 
b. Platform’s direct link at app.wonderlab.com.my/Portal/Login.aspx

Step 2: Click ‘Register’ for registration. Then click ‘Register With Email’.

Step 3: Fill in your details. The NRIC and mobile number entered must match the one used for a WonderLab purchase previously.

Step 4: Create a new password.

Step 5: Read and acknowledge the Terms & Conditions.

Step 6: An Authentication Code will be sent to the registered mobile number. Fill in and click submit.

Step 7: You’re all set! Proceed to sign in to enter the world of next-level convenience! 😉


Have a CUCKOO+ account?
If you happen to have a registered CUCKOO+ account with the latest CUCKOO+ mobile app (launched on the 1st of August 2021), simply:

Step 1: Click ‘Register’. Then click ‘Sign In With CUCKOO+’.
Step 2: Sign in using your CUCKOO+ account details and you’re all set!

 

There is an option to sign in with CUCKOO+. Can I check what account is this and is it linked to anything?

Aside from registering an all-new account on the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform, you could also sign in using your CUCKOO+ account (if you have one).

Similar to the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform, CUCKOO+ is a customer-exclusive membership mobile app created for WonderLab’s sister brands – CUCKOO and WonderKlean.

If you happen to have a registered CUCKOO+ account with the latest CUCKOO+ mobile app (launched on the 1st of August 2021), you can register and sign in through your CUCKOO+ account.

However, only your account details will be linked. Your Wonder Points (WonderLab reward points) earned through your WonderLab transactions will be separately accumulated and will not be shared across both platforms.

I have registered and signed up using my CUCKOO+ account details. Are my points shared?

Unfortunately not. While you can register and sign in using your CUCKOO+ account details, other features on the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform are NOT shared / linked across both platforms and will be managed separately. This includes your Wonder Points (WonderLab reward points).

I can't register. Why?

The ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform is a customer-exclusive platform extended only to WonderLab customers. In other words, only customers who have purchased at least 1 WonderLab product can register.

If you are a customer, the registration info you entered must be the same as the details used for your previous WonderLab purchase(s) (NRIC number & mobile number).

Must I be a WonderLab customer to register?

Unfortunately yes. The ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform is a customer-exclusive platform extended only to WonderLab customers. 
In other words, only customers who have purchased at least 1 WonderLab product can register.

Help! I have trouble registering. I can't remember the information I used to purchase a WonderLab product previously.

Help, I have forgotten my password! How can I retrieve and change my password?

Don’t worry! Just follow the FIVE(5) simple steps below to retrieve and change your ‘WonderLab Rewards’ account password:

Step 1: Click ‘Forgot Password?‘ on the platform’s sign in page.
Step 2: Enter your registered NRIC number.
Step 3: An Authentication Code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter and submit.
Step 4: Set a new password and click ‘Reset’.
Step 5: You’re all set. Proceed to sign in as usual.

Can I update my account information?

Yes, of course! To update your ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform account information, 

Step 1: Click ‘My Account’ on the platform’s main page.
Step 2: Change / update your account information accordingly.
Step 3: Click ‘Save’ to save your update(s)!

Managing WonderLab Product Purchase(s) / Order Detail(s)

How can I retrieve the purchase order details of all my previous WonderLab purchase(s)?

With the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform, you can easily trace and review all of your previous WonderLab purchase(s)! 
To do so, click on the ‘My Orders’ button on the platform’s homepage for the list of your WonderLab purchase(s).
You can also retrieve further information about your purchase by clicking on the purchase order. 

How can I check on the status of my WonderLab purchase(s)? Is it out for delivery yet?

If you have recently purchased a WonderLab product, great news! You can now check and track your purchase order status on the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform in just a few clicks.

All you need to do is:
Step 1: Click ‘My Orders’ on the platform’s main page for the list of your WonderLab purchase(s).
Step 2: Look for the WonderLab purchase order. The current order status will be indicated at the bottom of each purchase order (order processing, delivery or order completed).

 

Can I track the delivery status for my WonderLab purchase(s)?
Of course! With the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform, you can easily track your purchase order delivery status by following the FIVE (5) simple steps below:
 
Step 1: Click ‘My Orders’ on the platform’s main page.
Step 2: Look & click on the WonderLab purchase order you wish to retrieve.
Step 3: The order details for the selected purchase will appear. Scroll down and select the ‘Order Items’ tab.
 
If the purchase order is out for delivery, the courier service that is handling the purchase order will be indicated. Click on the indicated courier service to be directed to the delivery status page.
Can I purchase a WonderLab product from the 'WonderLab Rewards' platform? If not, how?

Unfortunately not. The ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform is a one-stop centre where all registered WonderLab customers can only manage their WonderLab purchases, subscriptions, and bills as well as to earn reward points, known as Wonder Points, for exclusive rewards, for now.


However, if you wish to purchase a WonderLab product, you can simply drop us a message with your city of residence via our official social media pages or email us at info@wonderlab.com.my and we will be sure to connect you with our sales agent (Wonder Star) closest to you! It’s that easy!

 

What is the shopping cart for?

The list of products under the ‘Shopping Cart’ section will appear if you have recently selected and added a WonderLab product to cart via our E-Brandstore.


To complete your purchase, click on the item(s) under the ‘Shopping Cart’ and proceed for payment.


The item(s) under the ‘Shopping Cart’ will be cleared after THREE (3) days.

Managing Bill(s), Payment(s) & Receipt(s)

Will I be able to retrieve / view / download the bill(s) / invoice(s) for my WonderLab purchase(s) / subscription(s)?

Of course you can! 

To retrieve / view / download your bill(s):
Step 1: Click ‘My Orders’ on the platform’s main page.
Step 2: Look & click on the WonderLab purchase order you wish to retrieve.
Step 3: Scroll down and select the ‘Billing’ tab.
Step 4: Select the date on which the purchase order was made & confirmed.
Step 5:  Your bill will be displayed for viewing or downloading 
                    (click on the download button on the top right corner to download).

Will I be able to retrieve / view / download the receipt(s) for my WonderLab purchase(s) / subscription(s)?

Most definitely! 

To retrieve / view / download your receipt(s):
Step 1: Click ‘My Orders’ on the platform’s main page.
Step 2: Look & click on the WonderLab purchase order you wish to retrieve.
Step 3: Scroll down and select the ‘Payment’ tab.
Step 4: Select the date on which the payment was made.
Step 5:  Your receipt will be displayed for viewing or downloading 
                    (click on the download button on the top right corner to download).

How do I know if I have any outstanding bill(s)? / Where can I check my outstanding bill(s)?

Upon signing in to the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform, your outstanding bills (if any) will be displayed at the bottom of the platform’s main page! Click on the amount displayed for a detailed billing listing.

How can I pay my outstanding bill(s)?

Making a payment is now more convenient with the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform. 

To pay:
Step 1: Scroll down & look for ‘My Invoice Record’ on the platform’s main page.
Step 2: Click on the outstanding amount indicated. 
Step 3: Select the bills for payment.
Step 4: Click ‘Pay Now’ to proceed with payment!


The balance / outstanding value will be updated and reflected on the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform within an hour upon successful payment.

Managing WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™Subscription(s)

What is the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ button for?

If you have subscribed to our WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™, you can now manage your subscription through the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform. 


Just click on the ‘WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™’ button to select your desired WonderLab product under the plan to be delivered to you!

I am currently subscribed to the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ . How do I select the next product to be delivered under my subscription?

If you have subscribed to the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™, you can now select your desired WonderLab product under the plan to be delivered to you more conveniently!


All you need to do is:
Step 1: Click ‘WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™’ on the platform’s main page.
Step 2: Select your subscribed plan.
Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Plan Details’ tab.
Step 4: Click on the delivery month / date.
Step 5: Select your desired WonderLab product to be delivered.


Yes, it’s that simple!

Will I be able to track the delivery status of my selected WonderDewi product under the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN?

Of course! After selecting the desired WonderLab product for delivery.

Track your product delivery status by:
Step 1: Click ‘My Orders’ on the platform’s main page.
Step 2: Look & click on your WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN subscription.
Step 3: Scroll down and select the ‘Order Items’ tab.

I would like to cancel / terminate my WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscription. Will I be able to do so through the 'WonderLab Rewards' platform?

Unfortunately, the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ cannot be terminated / cancelled through the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform for the time being.

Points & Rewards

What is Wonder Points?

Wonder Points are WonderLab reward points earned through specific transaction(s) done with WonderLab.

This includes product purchase(s) and payment(s) made on-time for the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscription(s).

Where can I view my points?

Upon signing in to the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform, your Wonder Points (WonderLab reward points) will be displayed at the top of the platform’s main page.

How can I earn points?

It is extremely easy to earn our Wonder Points (WonderLab reward points). You can earn the Wonder Points through:


1. Product purchase: Every RM1 spent is equivalent to 1 Wonder Point.

2. Payment for the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscription: Every monthly payment made on-time is equivalent to 100 Wonder Points. (E.g. Each payment made on-time = 100 points) 

Will I receive the Wonder Points immediately or when will they be entered into my account?

New Wonder Points will be updated on the 15th of every month. 

E.g. If payment is made from the 15th of August to the 14th of September, your new Wonder Points will only be reflected / updated on the 15th of September.

How can I view the rewards through the 'WonderLab Rewards' platform?

To browse through the available exclusive rewards, click on ‘My Rewards’ on the platform’s main page for the list of redeemable rewards.

How can I redeem a reward(s) through the 'WonderLab Rewards' platform?

Once you have selected your desired reward on the ‘My Rewards’ page, click ‘Redeem Now’, then proceed to confirm your details and checkout!

If you are redeeming multiple rewards, follow the 2 steps below to select and redeem your rewards:
a. Select your desired reward on the ‘My Rewards’ page and click ‘Add To Cart’. 
b. Once you have selected all your desired rewards, click on the cart icon on the top right corner of the platform’s page to confirm your details and checkout!

Your redemption will be processed promptly upon checking out! 

If this is your 1st time redeeming, you will have to complete a eKYC verification (or identity verification) as part of an intergrated security measure. 

How fast can I get my reward(s) after redeeming it on the 'WonderLab Rewards' platform?

Once you have checkout/redeemed our reward(s), the reward(s) will be processed within seven (7) days for shipping.

I have checkout/redeemed a reward(s), how can I track the reward's delivery status?

Once you have redeemed your desired rewards, you can click ‘View My Redemptions’ on the platform’s ‘My Rewards’ page to check on your reward’s delivery or redemption status. It will be indicated below each redeemed reward listed.

On this ‘View My Redemptions’ page, you can also retrieve your reward’s information including tracking number for delivery (if the reward is out for delivery) by clicking on the redeemed reward.

By clicking on the tracking number, you will be directed and can further track your reward’s delivery status on the courier service’s delivery status page.

Can I review my past rewards redemptions?

Yes, of course! Once you have redeemed your desired rewards, you can click ‘View My Redemptions’ on the platform’s ‘My Rewards’ page for the list of rewards redeemed in the past.

You can also retrieve future information about each redeemed reward by clicking on the reward listed. 

Can I review my point history to know how I have utilised my Wonder Points?

To review and track your Wonder Points history, you can click ‘View Point History’ on the platform’s ‘My Rewards’ page for your reward points transaction history.

Will my Wonder Points expire?

Unfortunately yes, all unclaimed / unredeemed Wonder Points will be forfeited THREE (3) YEARS after its issuance.

I have been a customer since 2019. Will I get points for all my purchases done before the launch of this 'WonderLab Rewards' platform?

Welcome to the ‘WonderLab Rewards’ platform!

If you have recently registered with us, you will receive the Wonder Points (WonderLab reward points) for your product(s) purchased / payment(s) made six months before your registration*!

For users who also had an account with the old CUCKOO+ mobile app (version before the 1st of August 2021), unclaimed reward points from May 2021 onwards (with a maximum of 6 months from the month of registration**) will be added. 

*New Wonder Points will only be reflected / updated on the 15th of every month.
**Register anytime from August – October 2021, unclaimed points from May 2021 will be returned; register in November 2021, unclaimed points from June 2021 will be returned (limited to 6 months).
